Happy Winter Solstice !

Today is December 21, 2006, this year's Winter Solstice, the shortest, darkest day of the year. So, the day's have finished shortening, and will enlongate as we approach Summer Solstice, the day on June 21 when the day length will reach its longest.
Yogi Bhajan said to attend his yoga festivals on both Summer Solstice and Winter Solstice, and all would be taken care of. I attend Summer Solstice, but not Winter. That's because my fiance likes me around during the Holidays, to visit our families. I don't mind, really.
That's because I have Sadhana, my daily yogic practice. And it's more important to practice yoga daily than it is to attend special yoga events.
As I reflect on the year just passed and the upcoming year, I count my blessings. We've finally bought a house, I've taken on new consulting clients, and my yoga practice is as strong as ever.
The Aquarian age promises peace and prosperity, and I plan on continuing my role in manifesting it.
